What Size Are Your Tie Bars?

Currently, we produce our patent pending tie bar cover with a 1.5″ bar.  We are currently designing other cover sizes that will fit well with your wardrobe no matter what size tie you are wearing.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.  Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package. Please visit our Shipping Information page for more details.

How Can I Return A Product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse within 30 days for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please email us your order information and we will coordinate the return. OneBarCo. will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the OneBarCo. Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically delivered to you. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
